PRIVACY, PROTECTION AND PRE-APPROVAL

important to our dealerships and to our affiliated third parties. Because we
recognize that keeping your nonpublic personal information private is important
to you, we would like to inform you of our Privacy Policy. In connection with
your transaction, we may obtain information about you from:
- Applications or forms that you fill out which may include things
such as name, address, telephone number, social security number, work history,
etc.
- Your transactions with us, our affiliates or others may include
things such as account balances and creditworthiness.
- Consumer credit reports and agencies which may include such
things as your credit score or history.
2. Of the nonpublic information we collect, we may disclose the
above types of information about you to affiliated companies such as financial
institutions, insurance agents, motor vehicle lenders, providers of warranties,
after sale services and other products as well as to other companies with whom
we have joint marketing agreements.
3. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you
as a consumer, customer, or former customer, to non-affiliated third parties as
permitted by law.
4. We take our responsibility to protect your nonpublic personal
information very seriously. Whenever we collect information about you, we
restrict access to that information to our employees and to those third party
employees who need to know in order to respond to your inquiries, to provide
service or appropriate product information. Any of our third party affiliates
agree to use your information only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.

protect the confidentiality and security of all information that we collect and
we comply with federal standards.
